This seasoned professional made his mark as an expert in the field of personal taxation and has since expanded his repertoire to become one of the most respected practitioners in the country in the fields of accounting, auditing and management consulting.

He has served as the President of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Delhi Chapter and as President of IIA India. He has served on the Boards of some public quoted companies from the House of Tatas and has been a Member of Audit Committees as well.

He is one of the most prolific and articulate speakers on topics of professional interest at seminars and programmes organised by professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), India. He is serving as a faculty member for the General Management Courses being conducted by the ICAI for young accountants.

His leadership skills and professional competence have won him professional accolades galore. His visionary ideas and high sense of ethics have brought the firm to where it is today.

Radhika Ranganathan, one of the main pillars of the firm, joined the firm in 1989 and currently heads the Assurance & Business Consulting Division of the Firm, as the National Practice Head. She also serves as a member of the Management Committee of the Firm.

She has earned the reputation of being an acknowledged expert in the field of Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Business Consulting across numerous industries. With her strategic thinking skills and professional acumen, she is able to work out realistic solutions to vexatious problems that are faced by Clients.

Continuous Improvement Programs pioneered by her have enabled the Firm to remain in the vanguard of the profession. Extremely disciplined and a thorough professional, Radhika has served as a role model & mentor for many stalwarts, who are today serving large Corporations as their Chief Audit Executives or holding other such senior positions.

Sushil Bansal joined SNB in 1999 as a article trainee and rose to become a Partner of the firm in April 2008.

Sushil Bansal heads the Bangalore Branch of the Firm and looks after the operations of the firm in Southern India. He is punctilious and is renowned for his eye for detail which is invaluable in the area of internal audit. Sushil Bansal is also gifted with an incomparable memory that has helped the firm on numerous occasions. Ever-smiling, Sushil Bansal not only wears his responsibilities lightly but is able to enthuse all his team members to deliver superlative performances on a regular basis.

Sunil Chawla holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University. Upon qualifying as a chartered accountant, he joined SNB and rose to Head – Tax & Statutory Audit Division. Thereafter, he served a two years stint with International Development Research Centre (IDRC) as Regional Finance and Administration Manager at their South Asia Regional Office in New Delhi. He then spent about 6 years with Tata Finance Limited, one of India’s leading non-banking finance companies at that time, as Head of Corporate Finance – North. Sunil joined Jacob Ballas Capital, a leading India focussed private equity advisory firm, in 2001, as a Principal and rose to become a Partner in 2006. After a highly successful 20 year tenure with Jacob Ballas, he left the firm in November 2020. Sunil has joined SNB back as Partner in September 2021.

He has more than three decades of experience of assurance, taxation, corporate finance, project finance and monitoring, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory, investment banking and investment advisory and management. Sunil also has significant board level experience, having served on the boards of several large and reputed companies like PNC Infratech Ltd, Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd, Bhilwara Energy Ltd, Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd, Inventia Healthcare Ltd, Karaikal Port Pvt. Ltd, SEW Infrastructure Ltd etc.
